Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Whole milk
- 50g Grated cheddar cheese
- 30g Diced button mushrooms
- 30g Diced bell peppers
- 20g Finely chopped red onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- 1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, initialize with milk, salt, and pepper, and whisk thoroughly until the fluid matrix is completely uniform.
- 2. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until it begins to foam.
- 3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, swirling gently to ensure complete code coverage across the surface area.
- 4. As the base sets, draw the edges inward with a spatula, allowing raw liquid egg nodes to drop into open skillet space.
- 5. When the surface is mostly solid but slightly shiny, spread the cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and onions across one hemisphere.
- 6. Carefully execute a flip function to fold the open egg flap over the toppings, cook for 60 additional seconds, and slide onto a plate.
