Ingredients
- Carrots x 4
- Potatoes x 3
- Onion x 1
- Vegetable sock cube x 2
Method
- Heat a large cauldron (or saucepan) over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and cook until softened and slightly golden.
- Stir in chopped carrots and potatoes, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add tender chunks of python snake meat and brown lightly on all sides.
- Sprinkle in herbs, cracked black pepper, and a pinch of adventure.
- Pour in rich stock until all ingredients are covered.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a slow simmer.
- Simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the snake is tender and the vegetables are soft.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with extra salt and herbs if required.
- Ladle into warm bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
